High

High Score on Openness - would be highly creative people. These are people who think about issues abstractly, they are naturally intellectually curious, naturally creative, imaginative and artistic. Enjoy trying new things and open towards unconventional ideas. High in openness are also more likely to become bored with their job

Average

Average Score on Openness - people who prefers familiar things to unfamiliar, but at the same time they are not closed up to new ideas. They appreciate new ideas and creative pursuits, but also view things rationally and understand the importance of knowledge. They balance between the conventional and the eccentric and exciting aspects of work.

Low

Low Score on Openness - people who enjoy tradition are down to earth and appreciate convention. They seek comfort in things that are familiar and are less likely to seek out new experiences.They are straightforward by nature and choose professions that have less day to day complexity.
